Academy boasts one of the newest and extensive fleets in the Northeast. Maintaining over 500 buses, the company has the quantity and quality of equipment for every customer.
Our fleet operates out of many facilities from Philadelphia, to New York and now in Connecticut and Rhode Island.
All buses come standard with:
- Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning Systems
- Two-Way Radios and Global Positioning Satellite for immediate contact between the driver and our dispatch operations center
- Undercarriage Storage Compartments

No coach is more than 10 years old, with the majority being newer than 3 years. With 8 maintenance facilities operating 24 hours/7 days and 205 employees assigned to the maintenance department, it is capable of performing a variety of services including major repairs, overhauls, major painting and bodywork, refurbish projects and power train conversions. Federal and state inspections can also be performed, all in a timely manner to the standards set forth by the vehicle manufacturer and the Department of Transportation.
The mainstays of the charter fleet are the 54-seat MCI J Model, 54-seat Mercedes Setra and 15-seat Mercedes Mini. Wheelchair accessible coaches are also available.
