Our coaches have 49 seats. We do have larger coaches available for an additional charge. These coaches have 54 or 55 seats.

Do your coaches come equipped with video players?
Yes, most of our charter coaches come equipped with VHS players. We do have some coaches equipped with DVD/VHS combo players.

Is there room to store luggage and other items?
Yes. Our charter coaches have three luggage bays, capable of storing luggage for the number of passengers the coach was built for.

How do I go about booking a coach for my group?
Step one: call our charter department and check that the date you would like is available. Assuming it is, we’ll give you a price and take some information from you.
Step two: You will receive a “quote” from us in the mail. This has the details of your trip, and the rate for the charter. (Please carefully check it to make sure it has all the details correct, because unless you advise us otherwise, this will be the information we will use to operate your trip). A quote will hold the date for two weeks pending receipt of your deposit. If you do not send a deposit, the quote is automatically cancelled.
Step three: Send us the required deposit within two weeks. The due date is on your quote. There is a handy cut-off at the bottom of the quote for you to attach to your check when sending it in so it is properly credited.
Step four: Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send you a contract. The balance of your payment is due two weeks prior to your departure date. Please refer to the contract number when sending in your check.

When is the final payment due?
Your final payment is due no later than two weeks prior to your scheduled departure date. Charters not paid in full when due are subject to cancellation.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept organization or personal checks for deposit only, and only if the date of the trip is at least one month later than the check date. For your final payment, we accept certified checks or money orders.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for both deposits and final payments. Ask one of our reservation agents at the time of booking if you wish to take advantage of this service.
